Manager – Client Relationship & Acquisition

OVERVIEW
ADAM Global is growing its client engagement team and is looking for a manager – Client Relationship & Acquisition to help open the right conversations with the right decision-makers.
This role is ideal for relationship-driven professionals who know how to activate networks, qualify opportunities, and bring senior leadership into meaningful discussions.
THE ROLE
You will play a critical role in activating warm contacts, generating new opportunities, and building a strong pipeline across SMEs, family businesses, and decision-makers in the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Activation & Qualification
Proactively follow up on inbound leads using value-based messaging
Leverage CRM tools and internal databases to introduce ADAM Global’s offerings
Qualify prospects and arrange high-quality discovery meetings with founders, C-suite, and senior decision-makersNew Lead Generation
Activate personal and professional networks to open doors with SMEs and family businesses
Generate new leads through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, curated events, roundtables, and industry groups
Identify new client segments and align them with ADAM Global’s servicesRelationship Management
Build and maintain a warm pipeline through consistent, insight-led communication
Act as the first point of contact between prospects and senior leadership
Track engagement, meeting outcomes, and handovers to ensure seamless transition to consulting teamsStrategic Outreach Campaigns
Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach by sector and audience
Customise scripts, DMs, emails, and voice notes by geography and client profile
Use CRM-based tracking to manage outreach performance, follow-ups, and conversionsEvent-Based Engagement
Organize and invite prospects to events, roundtables, and webinars
Conduct structured follow-ups post-event to convert interest into discussions
Represent ADAM Global at networking and industry meetups
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- 3–6 years’ experience in client-facing, outreach, sales support, or business development roles
- Background in professional services, corporate services, technology consulting, management consulting, SME banking, or similar sector.
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven ability to secure meetings with business owners, CFOs, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
- Well-established network within SME or family business ecosystems in the UAE
- Confident, consultative communicator with a value-driven approach
- Organized, self-motivated, and performance-focused
- Familiarity with CRM tools
