ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing and Events Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and corporate events that elevate ADAM Global’s market position and support commercial objectives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong project management capabilities
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of the finance and consulting industry is an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute corporate events, seminars, webinars, and networking functions
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Create compelling content for marketing collateral, website, and thought leadership initiatives
- Coordinate with design teams to produce promotional and brand materials
- Manage relationships with media partners, sponsors, and event vendors
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and effectiveness
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on cost-effective execution
- Support the sales team through lead generation and nurturing activities
