Strategic Outreach & Client Engagement Specialist

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking dynamic, well-networked, and relationship-driven professionals who have the expertise to open conversations that matter. These individuals will be responsible for activating warm contacts, and generating new opportunities by leveraging their network and building fresh pipeline.

The core mission? Get the right meetings for our leadership with the right decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Activation & Qualification
    • Proactively follow up with all existing inbound leads, and engage them with value-based messaging.
    • Use CRM tools and own databases to build leads for introducing Legends’ evolved offerings.
    • Qualify leads effectively and set up high-quality discovery meetings with C-suite, founders, and decision-makers.
  • New Lead Generation
    • Leverage personal and professional networks to open doors with SMEs and family businesses.
    • Generate new leads via LinkedIn outreach, referrals, curated events, roundtables, and industry groups.
    • Consistently identify new client segments and align them with Legends’ services.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain a warm pipeline of prospects, nurturing them through insightful communication.
    • Serve as the initial point of contact and bridge between prospects and the leadership team.
    • Track engagement, conversation outcomes, and meeting notes to ensure seamless handoff to consulting team.
  • Strategic Outreach Campaigns
    • Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging for different verticals.
    • Customize outreach scripts, DMs, emails, and voice notes to suit the target audience and geography.
    • Use CRM based tracking to manage outreach metrics, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Event-Based Engagement
    • Organize and Invite potential clients to events, roundtables, or webinars.
    • Follow up post-events to convert interest into discussions.
    • Represent at networking meetups.
  • Qualifications & Skills Required
    • 3–6 years in a client-facing, outreach, sales support, or business development role in any kind of Professional services, Corporate Services, Technology Consulting, Management Consulting, SME Business Banking or similar industries
    • Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
    • Demonstrated ability to generate meetings with business owners, CFOs, CXOs, and decision-makers.
    • Deep network across key decision makers in SME sectors or family businesses in the UAE
    • Confident communicator with a consultative, value-driven approach.
    • Organized, self-motivated, and performance-focused.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools.
