ROLE SUMMARY

Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, WhatsApp/email follow-ups, and CRM discipline. You’ll engage prospects, validate needs, and book meetings for the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospect lists and inbound leads; run quick discovery to qualify needs and interest.
  • Book appointments and demos for the sales team; coordinate calendars and confirmations.
  • Send follow-up emails/WhatsApps, share brochures/proposals, and nudge prospects to next steps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (status, notes, next step/date) and daily activity logs.
  • Nurture warm leads with periodic check-ins and value messages (offers, webinars, updates).
  • Handle basic objection management and escalate complex queries to the right specialist.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets (calls, talk time, meetings set, show rate).
  • Share feedback from prospects to improve scripts, offers, and targeting.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–3+ years telemarketing/inside sales/appointment setting (B2B preferred).
  • Confident phone manner, clear English communication (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable with call targets, scripting, and basic objection handling.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) and WhatsApp/email outreach.
  • Organized, persistent, and coachable; able to follow process and hit deadlines.
NICE TO HAVE
  • UAE/GCC experience in corporate services, advisory, IT/ERP, accounting/audit, or banking.
  • Basic knowledge of lead scoring, list building, and simple data cleanup (CSV/Sheets).
KPI's
  • Appointments set (and show rate)
  • Qualified leads (SQLs) created
  • Conversion to opportunity / meetings accepted by Sales
  • Daily activity (calls, talk time, follow-ups) and CRM hygiene
COMPENSATION
